2020 ACPC CONFERENCE DETAILS

Global Business Development, Deep in the Heart of Texas

August 29 - September 1, 2020
Dallas, Texas
Hilton Anatole Hotel

January, 1, 2020

Dear ACPC Participants,

Mark your calendars to join us at the iconic Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX for the Air Carriers Purchasing Conference from August 29 – September 1, 2020. Our conference theme, “Global Business Development, Deep in the Heart of Texas”, highlights the countless opportunities for developing new business relationships, both domestically and internationally, at the ACPC each year, along with a bit of Texas charm!

This year I have the privilege of working with Larry Mabry, ACPC 2020 Airline Chair of Southwest Airlines, to bring to you the most productive aviation conference worldwide. Registration opens on Monday, May 4, 2020 at 9:00 am Eastern Time. This conference is certain to sell-out, so be sure to register early!

Countless opportunities are created each year during the Aviation Networking Forum (ANF) for suppliers and airlines to meet and conduct business. ANF booth space is limited and this venue often sells out within a few hours on the first day of registration. Ensure your spot immediately after you register for the conference, if you wish to participate in this popular networking event.

Increasing your exposure leads to optimal networking scenarios and adds value to your ACPC experience. This year take advantage of securing a Corporate Sponsorship in order to give your company a greater presence at the conference. In order to make this a powerful advertising tool for our suppliers, we only sell a limited number of sponsorships each year. Be sure to purchase a sponsorship for your company before they are gone!

Conference registration, ANF booth reservations and sponsorship opportunities are only available online at www.acpc.com, beginning May 4.

Other features of this year’s conference include: Airline Round Tables, Professional Development Breakout Sessions, Hospitality Suite, informal Meet and Greet Sessions, Welcome Reception, Business Luncheons with speakers, Dinners with entertainment, and more.

The tradition of “ACPC Gives Back” continues this year with Kidd’s Kids, a charity selected by Southwest Airlines. Kidd’s Kids mission is to provide hope and happiness by creating beautiful memories for families of children with life-altering or life-threatening conditions. Additional info can be found on their website www.kiddskids.org .

Visit the ACPC website throughout the year at www.acpc.com for updates and conference news.

The Board of Directors, the Airline Steering Committee and the Committee Coordinators are dedicated to making your attendance at this year’s conference a relevant, valuable and worthwhile experience.

I look forward to seeing y’all in Dallas!

Sincerely,

Doug Jenkinson

2020 ACPC Supplier Chair
