2008 Supplier Registration Options

ACPC Late Registration Information after August 8, 2008

·        New Registrations or Changes

·        Existing Registrations after August 8, 2008

·        Hotel Information

Please follow instructions below:

1.  New Registrations:  Register at the Chicago Hyatt Regency hotel at the Late Registration Desk on Saturday, August 23 from 10:30 am until 4:00 pm in the Grand Ballroom or on Sunday, August 24 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Grand Ballroom Registration Desk. 

The conference fee is $975.00 per person and may be paid with American Express, MasterCard or Visa.  You will be required to complete a registration form and sign an indemnity form.  The forms will be available at the Late Registration Desk.

2.  Transfer of an Existing Registration:  Transfers made be made Register at the Chicago Hyatt Regency hotel at the Late Registration Desk  on Saturday, August 23 from 10:30 am until 4:00 pm in the Grand Ballroom or on Sunday, August 24 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm at the Grand Ballroom Registration Desk.

Please bring a letter typed on Company Letterhead, indicating the change of company attendees.  You will be required to complete a registration form and sign an indemnity form.  The forms will be available at the Late Registration Desk.

3.  The ACPC Hotel Block is now closed.  You may check availability at the Chicago Hyatt Regency Hotel by calling (312) 565-1234 and asking for reservations.
