9:00AM-11:00AM            Going Green with Change and Harvesting Something Better

                                        Presenter: W. Jones Loflin

Take a survey of the people in your organization about topics they would rather NOT talk about, and one of them will be change. They may have dutifully followed the steps outlined by the organization, only to experience a negative result when the change process was over. Others may have felt forced to change, led to believe the current contributions they were making were completely unacceptable. Still others may have felt overwhelmed by the thought of change when they were already working at capacity with their time and energy. A fresh approach is needed for individuals and organizations of the 21st century. Jones Loflin says that new approach is built on four words: Plant, Cultivate, Prune and Harvest.  In this engaging and interactive presentation, Jones equips participants with a powerfully practical way to "break ground" on change and achieve better results from change initiatives. Prepare to learn, laugh, and be inspired as you start going green with change and harvesting something better!

Key objective of this presentation are:

    ·        Teaching others to develop a “gardeners” mentality toward change

    ·        Learning to use 3 questions to jumpstart any change initiative

    ·        Discovering the 4 key elements required to start the growth of any change

    ·        Identifying the “3Ps” that must be addressed to help any change move forward

    ·        Determining where resources need to be reallocated to nurture the continued growth of a change

    ·        Leveraging the motivation that comes from small wins in the change process

    11:30AM-12:45PM          AIRLINE LUNCHEON

Pivot Point: Turn On A Dime Without Sacrificing Results

                                                 Presenter:  Shawn Rhodes

In this engaging and graphically-engaging keynote, Shawn Rhodes has crafted a guide for creating a pivot point in an organization - the key turning point where change must occur if any endeavor is to be successful.

Combining the tried-and-tested methods of organizational planning and performance from the world's elite military teams, he teaches business leaders, managers and employees how to build a pivot point into their teams and companies, creating “bullet-proof businesses.”

Pivot Point is a powerful tool in the hands those business leaders seeking practical methods to increase the performance and profitability of their organizations.

Drawing upon stories Shawn witnessed on battlefields and in the companies of his Fortune 100 and 500 clients, he shows executives, managers and employees how to create business processes that welcome unexpected change. Revealing the same processes that make service members successful in their 'can't fail missions', this presentation gives people the ability to adapt to demanding and constantly-changing business environments.

9:00AM-9:50AM              Getting The Blue Ribbon: Experience a fresh and practical way for you and those in your organization to change and get the results you're really hungry for!

                                             Presenter: W. Jones Loflin

Building on an engaging and simple analogy of the process to grow award-winning apples, individuals will quickly realize that letting something grow on its own rarely brings the desired results. Working deeper through this powerfully practical process, participants will discover specific steps they can take to move through change and lead others through change initiatives as well. Specific areas of focus include:

    ·        How to create an environment that encourages change to "grow." This includes shifting priorities, identifying resources, create a sense of urgency, and building the right routines.

    ·        Cultivating these opportunities for growth by improved communications with individuals who have a stake in seeing these desired results become a reality.

    ·        Identifying work/life habits, routines, or activities that need to be pruned to allow for more of your resources to be focused on achieving better results. In other words, what's draining your resources, and what changes can be made?

    ·        Sustaining the growth plan from "seed to harvest" by intentionally celebrating small wins for yourself and your team.

Participants will apply these "orchard" principles to their own situations, creating the opportunity to "grow" the future "blue ribbon" results most desired by themselves and their organization.

                                                 Presented BY: George Ringger

When passengers think of airlines, they usually think of convenience, comfort and affordability. Airlines, however, struggle with high operating costs, low profits, and tight margins. Additionally, there are external factors including changing regulatory factors that can affect airlines as well as the aviation supply-chain, at large. This Breakout session will discuss how to recognize these factors so organizations can better effect meaningful change to align with the ever-evolving aviation marketplace.
